Step 1              Fill in the request form on the “Order an Envelope” link

Step 2              We will despatch a free “Special Delivery Envelope” to you (Postage is free and the items will be insured for upto £500)

Step 3              Place your Gold or Platinum into the jiffy bag and then place into the Pre-Paid envelope.

Step 4              Goto your nearest Post Office and send your parcel (Make sure you keep the receipt as this is your proof of postage and insurance)

Step 5              When we receive the parcel we will photograph it and the assess the Gold or Platinum content

Step 6              You will be contacted either via Telephone or Email with the current price. (Please note if you do not wish to accept our offer we will

                         return your items by “Special Delivery” free of charge)

Step 7              We will arrange payment. 3 Options available (See “Payment Options” tab)
