You must be the owner of the property you send us and if we are unsure of ownership we will return the items free of charge
You must be a United Kingdom resident
When we receive your package we will photograph the contents in case there are any queries about items sent and email you that we have received it.
Your items will then be separated into different carats and weighed, a total price will then be calculated and we will then either email you or phone you with a price.
If you are happy with the price we will arrange payment with you as shown on the “Payment Options” tab on the Home Page.
If you are unhappy with the price we will return all items to you by Special Delivery free of charge.
Please note that we only buy Gold or Platinum and any Gemstones will not be considered for purchase, we cannot return any stones to you so if you wont to keep the stones please remove them before you send your package.
If you send Gold Plated or any other Costume type jewellery we will not buy them and will charge you for returning them to you.
